Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within [1–3 business days]. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.


Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for parcels that are lost or delayed due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.


If a parcel is lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we are unfortunately unable to replace or refund the order. In such cases, we may be able to offer a discount on a replacement item if you’d like to reorder.
